Preheat oven to 425. Lightly oil pan or use parchment paper. Mix flour, arrowroot starch, garlic powder, ½-1 tsp salt, olive oil, and milk in bowl. In a seperate bowl combine breadcrumbs, salt, and cayenne pepper. Dip broccoli florets into wet mixture and shake off excess batter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture and set on pan. Repeat this process. Bake for about 25 minutes turning halfway through.
Toss cooked pasta into “cheese” sauce, sprinkle more breads crumbs on top and some nooch. Layer broccoli bites on top and cook for an additonal 5 minutes. To plate, I added scallions and extra buffalo sauce cause I like it spicy. Enjoy!
