Fry the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil over medium heat for two minutes.
Add the tomatoes and stir for another two minutes.
Add salt, green pepper, coconut oil and coconut sugar to the sauce.
Add chopped basil and parsley.
Add the cooked pasta and add a little olive oil again.
Mix the pasta and sauce thoroughly.
Finally, add feta cheese or any other cheese to the vegan pasta and serve.
