Potato  purslane salad with special sauce

5 small potatoes
1 grated carrot
A pinch of parsley or dill
A Bunch of purslane (Feldsalat for Germany)
4-5 thinly sliced gherkin pickles
5-6 inch sliced green olives
For the sauce:
9-10 spoons of yogurt
1.5 teaspoons of mustard
1 heaped tablespoon of light Mayonnaise
1 clove of grated garlic
Salt, pepper, mint
I poured a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar on top of his salad and mixed it.
