3 medium potatoes
1 medium grated carrot
1 pinch of parsley or dill
Salt
black pepper
mint
Red pepper

For Yogurt Sauce:
1.5 cups yogurt
1 clove of garlic
Salt

For the above:
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon of red paprika
