Potatoes are peeled, cut in four and boiled in salt water until tender. Boiled potatoes are drained. It is crushed with the help of a fork while it is still hot. Spices, salt, Parsley and carrots (grate the carrot on the inside of the grate) are added and mix well with your hands.
Get the pieces from the mortar you prepared. Roll it in the palm and place it on the serving plate.
Prepare the yogurt sauce and pour it nicely over the potato balls.
Finally, melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add red chili peppers on it and heat it a little. Put the hot red chili butter on the potato balls. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
