Ingredients
3 medium potatoes
1 medium grated carrot
1 pinch of parsley or dill
Salt
black pepper
mint
Red pepper

Potato / purslane salad with special sauce
5 small potatoes
1 grated carrot
A pinch of parsley or dill
A Bunch of purslane (Feldsalat for Germany)
4-5 thinly sliced gherkin pickles
5-6 inch sliced green olives
For the sauce:

CHICKEN PASTA YOGURLU SALAD-Roast the pasta with a little oil. Add 2 glasses of water and boil.
Boil the boiled chicken breast.
Blend together with chopped vegetables.
